The Parishioners of St Patrick’s Parish Binalong recently came together to celebrate the restoration of their beautiful stained glass windows.
Their project cost of $85,000 as the extensive works included stabilisation of the foundations, repair of cracking and removal of the three windows for work to be completed by Jeff Hamilton, Surry Hills, Sydney.
The CDF supported the works thru the provision of a loan which will be repaid following the sub-division and sale of land adjoining the Church.
Binalong is seeing growth in property sales with movement of city dwellers to surrounding regions.
